“The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap.”

The pool was sparkling clean, relaxing and warm with plenty of exotic birds including parrots flying around. The food choices were numerous and tasty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need including laundry services for a nominal fee and airport transfer arrangements.
