It is a small family run hotel - the owners personally greeted us. Everything had a personal to touch to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The owners were very personable and went out of the way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. It felt more like staying at your uncle's house than at a hotel. Location wise, it is perfect. Pamukkale and Hierapolis middle gate was just few minutes walk away from the hotel.

Very nice small hotel close to the main attractions in Pamakkale. The owner’s are very nice and helpful letting you know about the local attractions and how to access them. They also have a restaurant on site which is run by the wife you have to try the lamb chops outstanding. We would recommend this hotel great value.

We connected with the proprietors Tufan and Elif. They were wonderful ! The room was spacious & comfortable. We got excellent advice about timing our visit to the travertine terraces and Hieropolis. And - wow: looking out the window as dawn broke, hot air balloons filled the sky !

The location and whole condition are all excellent. I get why there are so many recommendations from other Korean. The hitting floor is really nice touch. And the owner Tufan was so kind and helpful. If I comeback I would stay here again!

Wonderful place. The owners are so welcoming and kind and friendly. Location is exceptional within a 5min drive to the Hierapolis and walking distance to the restaurants. Room was very comfortable and clean with safe, hair dryer and fridge.

Awesome place, great breakfast

The Cotton House is a very nice and family friendly place. The owners are such a nice and friendly couple. They were always ready to help us navigate around the area and they gave us very great advice to save time and get exclusive access to the Pamukkale Pools. The breakfast was also very great, an authentic Turkish Breakfast. Thank you very much, we will sure come back.

We had a great stay at The Cotton House! Tufan & Elif are wonderful hosts - very helpful and friendly. The breakfast they provided was incredible. The location was great within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, the Travertine Terraces, etc. We had a nice view of the Travertine Terraces and of the hot air balloons going up in the morning. You can't go wrong staying here!
