The room was good, basic, what we paid for. The property is aged, but it has a nice pool, great people welcoming, a restaurant open until 23:00 that is very convenient when arriving late. The bathroom and shower is old, but clean. Overall, it was a good experience, good location, parking for the car, and super friendly hosts

Very nice pool. Easy to walk into town. Bottom sheet on bed but no top sheet (coarse blanket on top instead, I guess). The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. The price is good and the A/C worked. Overall a satisfying stay.

Good value for money, close to the Hierapolis

The hotel was welcoming and the staff friendly. The Pamukkale Travertines and the Hierapolis are very close to this hotel. The only problem is that nobody speaks English. Breakfast was very basic but reasonable.

Extremely accommodating hosts. Very good food the best in our trip - felt home made food with real local flavours. Very helpful with later check out so we could go do or the hot air balloon experience and enjoy it! We will rate this property very high. Hotel is inside the city center, you can walk to everywhere. We stayed only one night and room was acceptable. Breakfast was a full plate served by waitress and it was also not bad. If I go that district again, I would possibly prefer the same hotel for 1-2 nights max.

This was our second time in Pamukkale, which is absolutely one of the most amazing places in the world. We have two kids, ages 8 and 12. The hotel has a great, family feeling to it. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was sparkling clean and very cool. It was great to swim in and then my husband and I were able to sit by the pool and have a drink while we watched the kids swim.

The place was very good value for the money. My room was small, but well equiped and very affordable. The most impressive was the staff however: I arrived after a long travel with a night bus and was very tired. The host showed good understanding of the situation and led me stfaight to the room instead of doing the administfative procedures (like most other hotels do). He also offered a tea/coffee. Very lovely!

They were friendly and helpful, they love dogs and let you bring your pet. They offer tips and advice for nearby excursions. Rooms were basic and clean. Typical for Turkish hotels like this, they didn’t have a closed in shower area/curtain and the shower was right next to the toilet, so the bathroom floor and toilet got wet with every shower. Having extra towels or a bath mat so as not to slip would have been nice. They were very accommodating when we asked for more towels. Overall, a pleasant two night stay there.

It was generally nice for a lower budget hotel. Everything was adequate n functional for a short stay. Nice view from the top terrace. A nice patio/dining area by the pool, but too cold so I used the very warm indoor dining area. Good food for my first nite’s dinner. Nice breakfast. There were few guests so no one to socialize with. The staff was nice, but not particularly hospitable. Answered my ?’s, and let me keep my bag there for many hrs after I had checked out, but strangely I felt I was a burden to them rather than their guest. The younger nephew who helped there was really the main one who shared a nice conversation with me in the evening. Overall, a satisfactory stay that isn’t the closest to the west entrance. ~15 min walk uphill.

Although, there are many issues that could have been better, I am happy with my stay, and my overall rating is 9 out of 10. Here are some example of the problems. The credit card reading machine did not work, and I paid by cash (Euro). The desk in a room was covered with dust, maybe not cleaned for a few weeks. There was no chair in the room. The shower head was broken. (Many more minor problems) However, the room costed only 21 euro per night, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The owner family was friendly and nice. The breakfast, included in the stay and I read a bad review, was not bad at all. It was not as fabulous as the one I had in Nomads Cave Hotel of Kappadocia, but looked nice and tasted good.

Really good considering the price. Really close to the travertines. Also many restaurant just 15 min ok walking. Nice refreshing pool. Nice staff. The only problem we had is the internet connections wifi in the room was horrible.
