Delightful old-world charm. Beautiful with an actual physical room key one leaves at the front desk. Elegant details and “edible gems” in the room delighted my senses. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

PARKING Issues

Hotel was great staff super friendly, room and bed excellent. Only issue if you are driving a car, it was challenging even with GPS. The roads into the square get confusing

Wonderful hotel in prime location on the main square. Fantastic service from the moment we checked in - the reception staff are superb and can’t do enough for you. Our room 404 was really spacious and luxurious with the biggest walk-in shower I’ve ever seen. A truly marvellous stay and would love to return.

The hotel is located in the plaza and is surrounded by restaurant, shops and sites to see. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff was welcoming and a special thanks to Sergei at the front desk. Very helpful with the parking and all we needed . Thanks for all your help!

Five starts are not enough to give to this hotel and their friendly staff. The location, unmatched, the vibe, incredible. The rooms are beyond spacious and confortable. the bathroom is the best we experienced in Europe and they offer the most incredible toiletries. The staff was helpful and super friendly, the breakfast delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful city and great hotel.

A traditional hotel in the heart of Pamplona, situated in the main square where the running of the bulls takes place. The rooms are very big, lots of space and very large bathroom. You can fit two people in the bath also has a large shower and two sinks. We had a balcony that overlooked the street where the bulls would run, additional furniture was a coffee table and two chairs to relax in front of the balcony. For its size the room could benefit from an extra wardrobe. The service was excellent, if you need to park you drive your car up to the entrance and it is valet parked for you at no cost. The key you hand back each time you come and go. You couldn’t ask for a better location, outside is the beautiful square where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere and have a delicious ice cream. A few minutes walk is the bull ring where you can learn about the history of bull running. So many lovely places to each a few minutes walk away. We used the city bikes to cycle further out to the ciudadela, which were cheap to pick up and drop off at charging points (fully electric). The hotel recommend La olla which was exceptional. You also have to try Bar Gaucho for some pinchos.

Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Pamplona’s main plaza — you can’t beat the location! Everything is within walking distance: charming restaurants, local shops, and all the vibrant energy of the city. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. If you’re a fan of Ernest Hemingway, this is the place to stay — you can feel the literary history and charm throughout. A perfect spot to experience Pamplona’s culture and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Staff was helpful and room was superb. I figured out why Hemingway and others have stayed here. Definitely would stay here again. Nice location in the middle of it all with many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We loved the elegance of this hotel - superb location to access the old town centre! The room was really spacious and the bathroom facilities were also excellent. We also loved the small extra touches like a bottle of wine and the chocolates too! The staff were very helpful, kind and efficient. I’d highly recommend staying here!
