They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them.

Accueil desastreux Hotel rénové au rabais. Tout est fait avec maivaus gout. Et les revetements des murs dans les couloirs et dans les salles de bains; je ne suis pas sure que mes normes de securite anti feu soient respecter

A premiÚre vue, l'hÎtel en bord de rocade, on pourrait se dire que ça le fera pas mais en fait, silence absolue dans les chambres, un accueil bienveillant et surtout, je préconise le restaurant car je me suis régalé. Félicitations à l'ensemble de l'équipe.

Je suppose que l'hÎtel est en rénovation et il y avait une odeur plutÎt désagréable dans les couloirs. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Les chaises de la restauration n'étaient pas trÚs propre. Il y a un parking fermé, c'est appréciable. Le coin est calme, trÚs bien.

Arriver vers 14h personne pour nous recevoir nous appelons donc en pleine chaleur pour qu’on nous envoie une personne au moment de monter en chambre on devais passer entre les charriots de mĂ©nage qui plus est je ne sais pas Ă  quoi il servait vu l’état de la chambre . Obliger de passe par l’escalier de service toute l’aprĂšs-midi et le soir car personne dans l’hĂŽtel . La piscine Ă©tait glacĂ©e . Les douche brĂ»lante et je ne parle pas des bruits des voitures sur la rocade. Tout sa pour la maudite sommes de 100euros quand mĂȘme

Nous sommes arrivés pour quelles jours dans cette hÎtel la porte de la chambre ne fermer pas le sol avait des cheveux chambre trÚs vétuste nous avons été voir le responsable il nous a donner une autre chambre ou là point de vue propreté cela laisser à désirer pas eau chaude dans la chambre pendant 2 jours l hÎtel n est pas du tout accueillant nous avons pas pu aller à la piscine aucune hygiÚne je déconseille vivement cette hÎtel passer votre chemin
