They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them.

Cette avis n’as pas pour but de dĂ©nigrer le travail des personnes mais uniquement de faire un retour sur ma nuitĂ©e, l’hĂŽtel ressemble Ă  une aire de repos, l’accueil ressemble Ă  un bar tabac qui accessoirement propose un hĂ©bergement, le couloir des chambres ressemble Ă  ThĂ© Shinning de Kubrick et Ă  l’intĂ©rieur une TV de 2m accrocher au mur avec tout les Ă©quipement Temu possible mais avec 10ans de retard, la clim n’est pas rĂ©versible ou je n’ai pas trouvĂ© comment la basculer en chauffage. Les odeurs et bruit des voisins, les murs trĂšs fin et le jour sous la porte de chambre pas terrible. pour conclure certain dans la nuit ce sont fais briser la vitre de leurs voiture sur le parking de l’hĂŽtel.

Arriver vers 14h personne pour nous recevoir nous appelons donc en pleine chaleur pour qu’on nous envoie une personne au moment de monter en chambre on devais passer entre les charriots de mĂ©nage qui plus est je ne sais pas Ă  quoi il servait vu l’état de la chambre . Obliger de passe par l’escalier de service toute l’aprĂšs-midi et le soir car personne dans l’hĂŽtel . La piscine Ă©tait glacĂ©e .
