Easy check-in, friendly staff, and a thoughtful welcome gift with a citrine crystal and note. Street parking was convenient and felt safe. The hotel was very clean, and while we only stayed one night, it was aesthetically pleasing, especially the restaurant at the entrance.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Citrine! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming. The location is perfect for getting around Palo Alto, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both modern and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful hotel that is in a great part of town. Easy walking to cafes, shops, and restaurants. We had brunch one morning at the cafe and it was delicious! Fast and friendly service in a modern and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Everything was a pleasure. We arrived and were immediately greeted by the valet staff helped with our luggage. Checking in was immediate and we were at our room in record time. We also dined at the restaurant, staff was excellent, food was excellent. Overall our stay was beyond expectations. We highly recommend this property to everyone in need of a great place to stay. We were in town to see a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater, ease of access because of how close the property is.
