Ron made an instant good first impression. He was very helpful and friendly. We had an incident where we helped a man who had fallen and called 911 and the manager was kind enough to upgrade our room. I’m a Stanford patient and will likely be returning for many visits. I’ll be sure to recommend you to them and their patients. Thanks again and see you next time. Just hope the hot tub is working next time cuz that was one of the main reasons I booked your property!

No internet service the entire stay. Phone in room did not work and I had to call an 800 number to get the main desk phone number. Property is tired, needs a major overhaul. Guests need to be made aware that there is a $20.00 per night parking charge (despite having loads of parking available - corporate greed at it's finest) Staff were great, very friendly.
