We saw a bug in the only 2 king suite they were left with and they cleaned and gave the room back after by default downgrading us to a single king bed room and had to push back to get 2 king room as we were 4 of us.

Overall great visit

Room and stay was great. Our check in was supposed to be 3pm. We arrived at 5 and room still not ready. Staff was kind and trying hard to accommodate. The offered dinner while we waited. So they really tried. Clean, good location for concert.
