Hotel did not honor reservation but wanted more than 2x what was already paid for the same room. Unbelievable level of dishonorable business practices and disregard for customers. Expedia should be ashamed to list this scandalous dump.

This property did not honor our CONFIRMED Expedia reservation. Our reservation was confirmed for $111 total including taxes and fees, but ended up costing us $220. Also, the first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke so we requested to be moved, which they did. Expedia/Hotels.com should remove this property from their sites if they’re not going to honor confirmed reservations.

The room was dirty, including dirt footprints on the bathroom floor and stains outside the tub. Stains by the sink, broken cabinet, sticky tv remote, and a previous guest's underwear on the shelf above the clothes rail.

The outdoor pool is being worked on and there were some hose lines outside the fence. The only difficulty was the parking situation. Our room was around behind the pool and parking places are extremely limited.

I didn’t like that it advertises that you have a pool but we couldn’t use it because there was no water in it. It didn’t look like it had been used in quite awhile. Parking is very cramped in the area that we had to park in. The bathroom door and the front door both would stick. Basically the whole establishment needs to be upgraded.

It was disgusting. I asked for double bed, no smoking. First room given was a king size bed, 2nd room given was a smoking room. Third room was dirty. The manager screamed at me each time. Expedia didn’t refund my money. Had to go to corporate of hotel which said they would send me email with refund which I never received. Did not stay there.

Broken floor, right inside door, leaking plumbing under bathroom sink, got my stuff soaked. Only got clean towels 2x in a week. Cable tv was really bad, direct tv kept cutting out, and WiFi was the same way. I’ll never stay there again! Please, Expedia, take hotel off the list!
