“The room was dirty and smelled musty. My children went to get breakfast, and the staff started shooing them away very rudely; Later, a female staff member came to my room and yelled at my children and husband, telling them they shouldn't be there because their stay was over—even though it had only been about five minutes past check-out time.

“Excellent place, I loved it. If I return, I will surely return there.”

“Location, pool, beach and complex was great. Part of the apartment was ok and part was very dated, specifically master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of stuff in every closet, no space for clothes. “Todo estuvo muy bien”

“Some doors are really hard to open up but overall very good hotel”
