All the physical things and facilities were practical and very good, but we were MOST impressed with the friendly willingness of the management and staff to allow us to drop off our bags etc, early (because we were attending a course at Massey University). In fact, they were good enough to let us complete check-in in the mid morning - which was really very helpful indeed. Thanks wonderful Team. . . : )

I stayed for a couple of nights while I was in town for business. Neil was genuinely friendly and a fantastic host who went the extra mile to make feel welcome. The room was modern, very spacious, clean, had a super comfortable bed and all the other amenities that you could wish for. Nice little touches that make all the difference, with a chocolate, candle and bubble bath liquid on check in. My go to accommodation for any future stays! Thank you ;)

We only were spending one night so I was not worried about and itirs and was so impressed with the room The owners suggested great places to eat and made us feel so welcome. I would gladly recommend this wonderful facility and when we come back to Palmerston North in August we will plan to stay here The location was ideal, walk to dinner downtown and around the corner to the esplanade. Laundry facilitysfr it perfect. We travel all over the world and we this was like being at a friend's sur b n b

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t recommend this motel highly enough. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very tidy and well-presented, with everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a softball tournament, so having access to a washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus — it made washing uniforms each day so easy. And the spa bath was amazing — such a treat after long days at the tournament! Thank you for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!
