Staff was friendly and the rooms were well equipped for any guest, their guests that have it bad reviews of this hotel were just dissatisfied and comparing to what they wrote my room did not show signs of that with the exception of there not being dishes, but who cares bring your own or disposable ones. Will stay here again

The misconseption

Very disappointing.The manager who was an older white man acted from the beginning to good for his customers.Stayed for 7 days and not one time did we get a knock for housekeeping.We got a kitchen,no pots,dishes utensils We got 1 complimentary bar of soap ,1 miniature shampoo conditioner for 4 people.Could not do laundry none would exchange money not even the hotel.No breakfast even coffee you had to pay for.Customer service was terrible.
