Minha experiência no Ibis Palmas JK foi muito positiva, especialmente pela praticidade e pelo padrão consistente da rede. O hotel tem uma estrutura moderna e bem organizada, com ambiente limpo e funcional. Os quartos seguem o padrão da marca, sendo simples, mas confortáveis o suficiente para uma estadia tranquila, principalmente para quem está a trabalho ou em passagem rápida pela cidade. Um dos pontos fortes, na minha opinião, é a localização, que facilita bastante o deslocamento em Palmas. Além disso, o atendimento foi ágil e eficiente, sem complicações no check-in e check-out. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem, dentro da proposta do hotel. Não é uma experiência de luxo, mas cumpre o que promete. Bom hotel. Demorou pra fazer o chek in no hotel. Café da manhã bom, mas os quartos são pequenos. Não colocaram toalha de rosto no banheiro e nem touca pra banho. Não gostei de ter precisado descer pra pegar a touca na recepção. Não tem mensageiro pra carregar as malas. Limpeza ótima.
