Hotel OK

O hotel precisa estar mais atento à preparação do quarto no check-in (faltou toalhas!!!). Depois nas arrumações diárias faltava lençóis e toalhas e era preciso pedir na recepção! Os travesseiros são péssimos (baixos demais e sem qualidade alguma). O café da manhã é bom e os demais itens do hotel estão OK pelo custo.

Melhor custo benefício e localização!

Estadia super tranquila e com tudo certo do inicio ao fim. Achei incrível que o hotel tem missão, visão e valores, eu como RH aprecio demais empresas que tem esse cuidado pois reflete em todo alinhamento dos funcionários resultando em um atendimento de qualidade e coeso. Café da manhã maravilhoso com variedades, além disso está super bem localizado para ir comer em alguns lugares fora a pé (coisa que é difícil em Palmas por tudo ser longe). Me preocupo muito em dormir bem, ainda mais quando vamos para os passeios para o Jalapão, e consegui descansar e relaxar de fato com as camas super confortáveis. Está do ladinho da praça com o marco central, na frente pizzaria, açaí do lado, do outro hamburgueria. Show demais!

Um hotel de conforto mediano, indicado para curtas estadias. Sem queixas quanto ao serviço, café da manhã e quartos. O único problema é o barulho das pessoas em volta à piscina, que podem tirar a tranquilidade, dependendo do horário e da posição do quarto.

Utilizei o Hotel somente pra dormir....então, para esta finalidade foi um bom custo-benefício. O café da manhã é razoável, e só deixo como "oportunidade de melhoria" a limpeza do banheiro. Pela aparência (piso, azulejo, torneiras e box), faz tempo que não passa por um limpeza pesada.

Primeiro que quando cheguei não encontraram minha reserva e simplesmente não houve preocupação em resolver. Apenas após contato da Expedia eles acabaram nos deixando dormir o primeiro dia mas sem garantia dos próximos dias. No final conseguimos ficar no hotel, porém, piscina sempre muito suja, sem condições de uso, a noite um barulho imenso de musica ruim que vinha do estabelecimento ao lado, sem chance de dormir bem. Única coisa boa foi uma das copeiras muito atenciosa, infelizmente não lembro o nome dela.

O hotel não tem nada d+. A estrutura eh boa, porém tem alguns problemas. A localização da tv (pelo menos no quarto q ficamos) fica atrás de uma coluna, impossibilitando a visão de quem está de uma lado da cama, o Wi-Fi conecta, mas não funciona e no quarto tem apenas 1 tomada. O café da manhã é normal.
