The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!

This hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. No need for a car in Lalma. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Super clean with an amazing rooftop bar and pool- which was so great to use after boating or shopping for the day. The staff was so happy and really helpful. Our suite was awesome with lots of details that made it just that little extra. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked the Singular Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. It's spacious, well-designed, and had its own terrace. The building overall is impressive: chic lobby area, cool rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, and a great restaurant.
