Elegant privacy in the heart of Palma

One of the most elegant hotels in Palma with a touch of privacy. Perfect service with a beautiful breakfast. The location gives you a wonderful experience of the oldtown of Palma. Just outstanding.

Lovely property. The staff was the absolute highlight. Big gratitude to Anna and Serji at the front desk and Racier in the restaurant, as well as the other servers, and the gentleman who did turn down service. Very well apportioned and laid out. The location is very convenient for many attractions and shopping etc. room very clean and well-maintained with everything one expects. Huge bed! Amenities and consumables of high quality Staff friendly, helpful and professional without being overly fussy Breakfast excellent in terms of choice and quality Two v. Minor points that could be attended to: 1. The huge bed in my room was positioned along with a bedside table in such a way that the doors of the wardrobe (generously sized) couldn’t be fully opened making it awkward to access. - for correction next time there’s a refurb. 2. If offering a range of TV channels check they all work (reported at time and efforts to fix unsuccessful). Neither issue spoiled anything though.
