Overall great stay! Pros: central location, clean/modern rooms, and delicious breakfast. Cons: rooms are not sound proof (we could hear people screaming outside or in the hallway) and the rooftop pool cannot accommodate the amount of guests staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay - great value for the price!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mallorca! The hotel was newly renovated, and our room was a great size—clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The buffet breakfast was included and offered a great variety of options, with something for everyone. It was such a convenient way to start each morning before heading out to explore. The location was one of our favorite things about the hotel. It was within easy walking distance of public transportation, including the main train and bus station, as well as the train to Sóller, which made getting around Mallorca incredibly easy without needing a car. There was also a great restaurant row nearby with plenty of wonderful options for dinner, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, we loved the combination of the updated hotel, spacious and clean rooms, included breakfast, and especially the convenient location. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Mallorca!

Overall, wonderful place to stay when in Palma that felt clean, safe, and away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but not too far. Would return. Pros: Modern and beautiful facilities. Delicious breakfast with many options. Incredibly helpful staff (We landed in Palma at 6 AM after an overnight flight, so we were exhausted. The front desk staff made sure to get our room ready for check-in ASAP, which was incredibly appreciated! They were also all very amenable to answering our questions about parking, restaurants, and tourist attractions.) Cons: If sharing a room with a friend or family member, please note that the shower area is not truly walled off and so you have a full view of the bedroom. We each had to leave the room to give privacy during showering and changing. Also, we were hit with the smell of something resembling sweaty feet when first entering our room, but the in-room fragrance masked it after a few moments.

The staff really made our stay wonderful. We asked if we could connect our Netflix to the tv but they informed us that the casting ability wasn’t working at the moment. They provided us with a laptop and HDMI cable to still enjoy the programs we wanted. All the staff were kind to us and always happy to help with any situation. Would love to come back again ☺️
