Very nice hotel, good sized rooms, attentive, pleasant staff, great location next to the castle/basilica. The hotel had a very nice feel about it, it felt like a small family hotel where nothing was too much trouble. There was a nice rooftop bar too and breakfasts were imaginative.

Gorgeous hotel in Palma old town. Second visit and already planning our next. Beautiful interiors, staff are so friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast in the outdoor courtyard and wonderful rooftop bar. Cleanliness and service outstanding. Stay here you won’t regret it

Absolutely stunning property and the most amazing, friendly, prefixes signal and attentive staff. Nothing was too much for them and they made everyone feel extra special. The ladies on reception Antonia and Elisa are fabulous!! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room we had was huge, beautifully decorated, bright and extremely comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and did everything in their capacity to make sure we had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was exceptional, we were able to walk almost everywhere. I would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next with there.

Lovely hotel on a little back street. Rooms very spacious , service at check in fantastic but Our room was unfortunately above the restaurant and bar which meant a sleepless night on our first night l. A shame as our stay was perfect sort from that.

initially unaware of room upgrade. Room wonderful, spacious with back up of excellent service from staff. Conveniently located within old town near to Cathedral and myriad of restaurants and shops. What a find tucked away in the historic back water of Palma. A converted 1760 palace which has been very tastefully renovated. Very friendly, helpful staff who are always on hand to help with all your needs. I stayed in the Azure suite which was very large, very quite and everything you could wish for even BBC tv channels. The roof area overlooks the magnificent cathedral which is a great place for a bevie or just a sit in the sun. I had a wonderful stay there and I hope to go back next year.
