Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal.

Clean tidy, slightly overpriced. Pool comes at an extra cost and has to be booked in advance! Rooms are not sound proof so expect to hear every single movement or noise the person next door makes. Ok for short stay.

Nice people at reception desk. Rooms are noisy from outside as windows are not very new, and from inside as the walls are not very thick between rooms. Reception desk has been helpful to try and resolve this, but it remained noisy. Equipment is a bit old compared to the status

Great stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved how clean my room was and how comfortable the bed was. Really enjoyed the clean, modern spa and the roof deck! The best most unexpected perk was the mini fridge that the team restocked every day! Felt like such a treat to have cold drinks!

Absolutely superb city break hotel whilst still providing good value for money. The little touches here were brilliant; free poolside towel service, 8 free minibar drinks per day in your room and a good value breakfast as well as free coffees round the pool before 11am. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay prior to a cruise departing from Palma, excellent hotel with easy transfer to the port or airport as we caught the bus both ways. Walked to a lovely tapas and enjoyed the pool and bar on the terrace. Excellent hotel, we had a large family room. Would have happily stayed for longer and would defo return!
