Checked in late and paid for breakfast and let them know we have a very early flight. Can I have a refund. She was rude. Ok then asked for something quiet because we only had time for a few hours of sleep. She put us on the first floor outside of elevator. She wasn’t service oriented what so ever. Could have cared less.

I reserved this for my dad and brother when their flight was changed at last moment. They said it was wonderful, breakfast fantastic, and even a good Indian restaurant nearby. They let them pay a reasonable fee to have a late afternoon checkout so they didn’t have to wait at the airport for the connecting flight. I’m grateful.

Booked 3 months in advance requesting quiet room overlooking garden with bath& shower. Upon arrival given room at front with no bath just shower & broken toilet seat. Seat repaired quickly & room changed to as requested following day & all good from then. As a solo female traveller arriving very late & very tired i found that I had been given smallest single room imaginable and as far away from reception as possible too. There was nowhere to put my suitcase it was so ridiculously small & the bathroom had very obviously not been cleaned. Hair in bath, dirty glass on basin side. Thank goodness it had aircon but the ceiling fan was a mystery, no way of switching it on that I could find. The room should not be used for anyone, not fit for purpose & certainly not for money!!
