Good for a night

Good basic hotel for a short stay with no frills. Little way from the centre (about 20-25 mins) so you need a good pair of walking shoes and to be okay with being out for long periods. Some noise in the street but not too much when we stayed. Room clean and tidy but quite small. Car park was good option as there is no free parking on the streets that we could see

1000% satisfaction!!

you don't have to hesitate! just book this hotel! 1. everything was new and super clean 2. full wifi and elevator 3. cheap price for breakfast, but good quality 4. amenity & perfect for shower 5. good soundproof and 24hours friendly staff checked-in early and then tour in Palma. During tour, we were dying to go back to hotel. all owner of other hotels should stay here and learn what standard hospitality is. just thank you to stay this hotel at the end of day in Majorca. if i visit Palma again, then i defnitely stay here.

Convenient place to stay in Palma

The location of the hotel is convenient, 10 min from placa Espanya / the stop for the Soller train; easy access to the old town and nearby a street with lots of restaurants and cafes, cinema. Staff is pleasant and helpful, although some didn't speak English that well. Looks like the hotel has been renovated recently and the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, price is ok for the location, the rooms also have a balcony. However, cleanliness can be improved further (found a number of hairs in the bed and the bathroom, and onion peels (!?!) in wardrobe). The residential street the hotel is located on is generally quiet but on the weekend nights there can be some drunk people outside shouting. If you are a light sleeper, better get earplugs as noise can be easily heard from the other rooms and the street. It will be better if the hotel puts a ticketing system in place for the storred luggage, as when you leave the luggage there is no receipt to say that this is your piece of luggage (so anyone can claim to say that it is theirs). I had the Do Not Disturb sign on all the time, however, staff still came in the room whenever I was out, to turn on the air conditioning. I didn't like that as it was not that warm weather anyway, and the DND sign should be respected at all times.

Lo mejor: Excelente ubicación para pasear por el centro. Diseño moderno. Cama cómoda. Amenities Mejorable: el lavabo y la caldera que está encima de la ducha tenían fugas, baño separado sólo por puertas correderas de cristal.

Er was goed naar mijn preferentie gekeken, kamer prima, zelfs met balkon, airco en geheel gerenoveerd. Nadeel: geen diner 's avonds, alleen tussen de middag uitgebreid, maar dan ben je in de stad. Ontbijt slechts 3 euro (koffie, croissant/toast en namaak-jus), maar alleen de koffie was goed.

El hotel en sí y la atención muy buenos. El aparcamiento deja bastante que desear. El hotel sólo cuenta con seis o siete plazas de aparcamiento, las cuales suelen estar siempre ocupadas, y la zona para aparcar es un horror como quieras aparcar más tarde de las 9-10 de la noche.

Gute Unterkunt für eine Nacht. Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. 15 min zum Flughafen. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. In der Theorie Parkplätze in den Straßen um das Hotel, in der Praxis nur Parken in Garage möglich.

Simple but good

This is a two-star hotel, and the service corresponds to the status very well. Clean, all the basics available. My biggest problem was parking. The hotel did not have a space available. I found, with difficulty, a free parking space five blocks away.
