Enjoyable short break in a lovely hotel

Lovely big room (we were upgraded) with large balcony. Staff helpful and friendly. Very nice food for breakfast, and also evening meal at the restaurant. A nice short break from my husband and myself. Ideally located to get about with a close bus stop.

A beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view and the view from the balcony really was wonderful; we could see out across Palma and down to cruise ships in the bay. The room was spacious with great air conditioning. Was a bit surprised that you had to pay extra if you wanted more than 2 pods for the coffee machine in the room.

Good place to stay to tour Palma

Nice large hotel. Pools are great with plenty of very comfy loungers. Our aircon didn’t work so we needed to swop rooms which was a bit of a pain but dealt with swiftly. The hotel is a long walk from the main harbour so a car or taxis required. Best to book taxis in advance with reception then it’s no issue. Rooms comfortable enough with a great view of the harbour. Overall a perfectly fine hotel but felt a bit soulless.

Ok but wont return

Weather was mainly ok, albeit the storm that hit Palma on the sunday was quite bad winds of 75mph, what i dont quite understand is why the sun bed cushions and brollies were not taken down or inside as it was known that a strong storm was coming. Needless to say that some brollies ended up in the pool. The checkin was seamless and the waiting staff were excellent both at breakfast and dinner. I am not sure that the hotel is actually a 5 star as once you are out of the common areas the hotel is quite tired and needs some attention. Our room was spacious but tired in areas and the toilet seal was broken at the back so was a case if use with caution! bed wasn’t comfortable large but mattress needs changing I was quite surprised that we paid over £2500 for a week but still would of had to pay extra for use of the spa overall ok week but the hotel is extremely quiet with no entertainment so you find yourself having to go into Palma each evening which was 30 euros for a return to the hotel. There was a shop just down the hill so handy to buy water etc.. as quite expensive at the hotel. So all in all hotel was ok but wouldn't stay at this hotel again

The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.

The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

The staff were all so friendly, happy any helpful. It seemed like a place where they all loved working in and that came across. I honestly couldn’t find a thing to not make this place a very special place to stay. Thank you. I came on my own so always nice to see friendly faces every day 😊

An absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff and service. Overall clean and tidy with a very generous and tasty breakfast. Location high up with beautiful views of the ports and Palma city. A destination I would be more than happy to return to.

I would prefer another option

Nice people working at the hotel and very helpful. The hotel has seen it’s best days. The food at the resturant was not acceptable with among other things 2 servings with raw chicken.
