A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent.

No windows! Was a ground floor room every sound heard from outside and next to lift and laundry room. AC and tv didn’t work either. Great location and lovely building but must have been the worst room in the hotel. Won’t return as very disappointed

We felt that this was an incredible property with beautiful rooms, although we had a mixed experience with our room for the first two nights being in the ground floor, facing onto the road and also next to the lift and cleaning cupboard. Due to the noise from outside, other guests, and the cleaners in the morning, we had very little sleep. We raised our concerns with reception and while they were unable to move us in the first night (we were there during the Easter holidays), they did move us to an excellent room on the 4th floor for the second half of our stay - the room was great and no noise at all. It feels like there is just one room in the hotel letting it down, and I wonder whether they could either repurpose it or install more soundproofing. Had we not had the first two nights in the noisy room, our review would have been flawless. The staff are lovely, beds very comfortable, showers powerful, and once you check out you have facilities to change and shower before your flight.

Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!

Very nice hotel! Clean, modern, stylish. Practically in the center. Close to shopping, airport transfer bus. Short, comfortable walking distance to everything in Palma. The staff at the hotel is outstanding! I was helped with everything I asked about and needed during my stay and even better than I expected! Highly recommend the hotel! Great property overall, lovely staff and our "Fil - The Best" suite was excellent in most respects. The property is well located and we could easily reach various places in the Island via the Estacion Intermodal including the Soller/Port Soller train/tram and Binissalem for wine tasting at Jose Ferrer. The only downside is that we were expecting a balcony on an upper floor based on pictures in listings online. However we were allocated a ground floor room, which although atmospheric being in former cellars, was often too warm. After enquiring we discovered the a/c is only used for heating in the cooler seasons (not clear on listing) and the only way to gain cool air was to open the door to the patio which opened directly onto a public square. Although there was a fence, it seemed strange and having the door open overnight felt insecure. We would specifically request an upper floor in future but would happily return on that basis.
