The room was spacious, with a splendid sea view, but everything was rather old - old furniture with defects, entrance door was shaking, some defects on the walls also (painting coming off in some areas). The bathroom is open (no main door), only a glass door to the toilet. Breakfast was good and varied, gym was good but old equipment.

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's a bit old and could use some renovation, but the location and the view are great (just make sure you book a room with a sea view:)

Staff were excellent, unfortunately I didn't catch the gents name that checked me in but his efficiency and thoroughness made for a speedy but informative check in, ideal when you're on a short break and don't have tons of time. Room was spotless, a little tired but for the price it's expected in my opinion, overall the room was great though, bathroom clean, bed comfy, balcony a little restrictive on the side view rooms due to their design but adequate, be careful with the balcony door as it will lock you out if you're not careful, we found that putting a large bottle cap (aquarius definitely works) in the lower part of the runner is it a perfect fit and stops the door locking you out. We didn't use the pool but it's cleaned daily and looked in good condition to me, pool area again spotless and the view is unbelievable. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming for me personally, I didn't have everything I'd usually have and whilst I still managed a decent breakfast is had few variations of item and wasn't kept very warm, toaster needed around 5 passes as opposed to the usual 3 required on the carousel toaster. Overall the hotel was great, clean and great facilities, just need to nail the breakfast. Resort area facilities let the hotel down but that's not their fault so I didn't let it affect their score however the resort does need some variety and funding, 4/5 Indian restaurants on one street is a little OTT and could do with more cuisine options/variety.

Had a room with a view in the 7th floor, however had 2 single beds put together with 2 separate duvets, no double bed available for a traveling couple. Also no coffee/tea station in the room which was disappointing, not what’s expected for a ‘4 star’ rated hotel. The pool was nice and direct access to the beach was a big plus.
