The hotel was generally okay, but we had a disappointing experience. We were without electricity for over 11 hours and had to move our belongings to another room in the dark, with no assistance. No refund was offered, and only after complaining did we receive a $50 food credit. Very poor handling of the situation.

Positives:
Clean room. Everything necessary in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Hot water on demand and good pressure for showers. Balcony and views were beautiful. Effective climate control. Sound proof walls. Quick and multiple elevators. Food and drink options in and around each tower. Climate controlled walk to other towers and MGM casino/pool complex. Lots of pool/patio options.
Negatives:
Tv is small and remote didn’t work great. Upholstery and decor could use a modernization. “TV” in the bathroom is the smallest tv if ever seen. It was taken from the headrest of an airplane.

There is no casino in this hotel. Just an FYI. Still great place and location.
