I actually really like the vibe here at the V hotel. It’s just that the grounds were very dirty around the pool. Somebody needs to blow I think also waitress would be great or the bartender who doesn’t have much to do could come around and ask people if they want drinks or food or at least let them know when the kitchen is going to close. It’s quaint and cute.

The room was dirty and when they gave us another room. The lock didn’t even work to unlock the door.. we told them to cancel our reservation, left immediate and asked them to refund us for this.

The overall property was average. The pool area had lots of space and was in good condition, but the pool bar and food closed at 3pm, which seemed early. Felt like the bartender was just waiting to leave. Our rooms were horrible. It wasn’t how it was pictured on Expedia. When we first arrived we found a dead cockroach on the floor. The mirrors were filthy, and shower looked as if it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We would not come back.

I love this place. They've recently changed ownership/management and it's for the better. We received attentive care, the facilities were clean, and I think the pools are some of the best, if not the best in Palm Springs. Very walkable to great restaurants and bars. Love this place and will continue coming back.
