Horrible experience!

We had booked a room at this hotel because we had family coming down to meet us in the Palm Springs area we all drive over an hour. My brother and his wife booked a room here aswell so the point was for us to all be together. As we were already in DHS the day of our booking date we received a call 2 hours after arrival time (we were out to dinner) telling us they were over booked and they had no rooms available for us. (They gave away our room) My brother and his wife were unable to get a refund on their room ! We all booked through hotels.com & ended up having to find a room available at a very expensive hotel last minute. They didn’t give us a 24 hour notice as we are required to do for cancellation & they didn’t seem to really care nor did they accommodate us in any way for their mistake and unprofessionalism. I will never book here again.

The property itself is poorly maintained. The rooms are not maintained well cigarette burns on the bathtub and it was not a pleasant experience.

Ended up checking out right after we got there beds were made and looked okay but broken window in the bathroom and pee in the toilet
