Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great.

The place is huge and very lively. Staff is very helpful and nice. The room we had was a double queen, super clean and roomie. The pool fornthenkids was amazing. Large pool with plenty of seating, cabanas and great size pool bar. The restaurants are ok, they need more staff other than that very clean and the food was good. See you guys in a few weeks.

I enjoyed my spacious suite as a solo traveler. I ordered my dinner and breakfast to be delivered to my room, which was fun. Food was good, but I was rather surprised that there were zero non-dairy milk choices available. Also, I would have preferred more vegan options in general. Overall it was a good stay though. I was there to attend a popular conference that was held at the hotel, so the hotel was booked to capacity. It’s a very large hotel with many, many rooms. It’s a Marriott “Bonvoy” hotel so it definitely has that mainstream, corporate feel. It’s quite pretty and pleasant, though. I was impressed with the good health of the indoor plants in the multistory atrium. For me, organic soymilk in my coffee would’ve made it 5 stars!
