Disliked: Communication
Expedia confirmed the reservation. But the hotel never did send us the check in info. So we ended up not having a place to stay the first night. Expedia was also useless with their regular agents. And I mean TOTALLY FREAKING USLESS AND CLUELESS! It wasn’t until the next day that the agent was able to escalate us to the Resolution Team that we were able to find out the reservation never went through properly.
