My family always seems to enjoy it. Food on property is also very good wish it just stayed open a little later

Room had musty smell. Sofa bed was unclean, sofa torn in places.

We enjoyed the nice pool area and the basketball court. We only stayed one night as we passed through. Check in time was 4pm. The slide which our kids really wanted to enjoy closed at 5pm. The pool bar and food closed at 6pm. If you are only staying one night and are looking to enjoy these amenities I would reconsider the stay. Our room was in need of updating.

Room needs an
Update, carpet was disgusting. No bare feet in this place. Cracked tile in bathroom, shower didn’t drain. Ants everywhere, no maid service.

We made reservations 2 months in advance for family of 5. On arrival we were told that the room was not available due to overbooking. They sent us to a very not family friendly motel where my kids had to listen to a very R rated live drag show at 10:00 in the morning hosted by the motel in the pool area. Still waiting for compensation.

We unfortunately had a room due to be renovated and it showed. It also felt like the suite could have used a lounge chair or additional seating(?) Very odd furniture layout, tv, etc.
However, staff, grounds, service, noise level, parking, etc. were all very satisfactory.
