I wasn’t expecting much when I booked this motel for Coachella. It is a no frills room but I have to say that it was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Overall not bad for the weekend.

This is an older property. That said this is a good value for the dollars spent. If you are looking for an inexpensive nights stay then I recommend this motel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Once arrived got asked if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room asked for a non smoking and I walked into the room and it smelled like cigarettes. Room was also not cleaned properly the table was sticky and the floors were uncleaned. Staff was very nice and helpful and the overall stay was good. But the price I paid for 3 nights was not what I was expecting.
