Air conditioning and heat were good, but very noisy. Not so sure about the safety of the area, but that opinion is mostly from other people in Palm Desert that I talked to. Room was clean, and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

For an inexpensive room, it was fine. It was clean and everything worked. The one con was the bed, which would be a little uncomfortable for some people (didn't really bother me) and the pillows, which were more like sandbags than pillows.

Stayed here for a concert nearby and for the price, it was just what we needed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it did it's job. Check-in was easy and the location was near food and gas. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and basic, OK TV. Delayed check-in wait. Made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. I checked in at 4pm and no rooms were ready. The desk clerk then forgot to tell housekeeping that I was waiting, and I ended up having to wait 1.5 hours in my car, for housekeeping to do other rooms before they got to my room. Finally got checked into my room a 5:30pm.

I like this hotel because of the service, the staff here is amazing and respectful. But the area it's in isnt very convenient, there's a freeway near si its a bit loud. Besides that i would still book here again

Loads of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeway. The employees there are nice, can bring my dog at no extra cost and for a motel 6 was quiet on the property on a Friday night. The only negative is that you can hear the train at night.
