It was a good place for a one-time stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, so I was able to sleep well after a long day. The main area for improvement is cleanliness—the towels were very small and had black stains, and the pillowcase had noticeable spots. Overall, a comfortable stay, but the cleanliness of the towels and linens could be improved.

This place was absolutely the worst stay ever. The room itself looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The toilet had blood stains on it it was crazy. When I arrived no security on site. As soon as o pulled into the parking lot some people were smoking and drinking on the staircase. They looked really sketchy. Just didn’t feel safe in this property.

Decent location off the freeway with easy access to Indio for a festival and Palm Springs. Lots of food options nearby. It would be better if they didnt charge $800 for a festival weekend versus the cost of a 3-4 star hotel. There were also transients living on the property under a back wall staircase which didn’t seem safe. One major downside here was the cleanliness. Floor is a wooden laminate type and yet my socks were dirty walking around inside leaving me to wonder if they mop or clean the floors at all. Sheets and pillowcases had some old stains but seemed washed and towels looked fine. Also there is an old lingering cigarette smell throughout which wasn’t great.

Check in with simple room was nice and cool with air conditioner set at a low temperature on 106° day. The lady checking us in at the front desk is more than helpful and very pleasant. Easy walking distance a few blocks away to Legends and icons great place for drinks and dinner.

Very poor maintenance of property. Lots of trash everywhere around property. Despite that, room was relatively clean. A/C worked well, even at 116 degrees on the hot side of the hotel! Shower worked well. No microwave. Good door lock. No USB charging outlets.

There was one lady there and she was very very helpful and very nice and personable. It was nice and cool in the room itself and the room was very clean. The parking was right there by the room that I was in. I'm disabled so only having a room on the second floor was a little bit out of place but I made it work. For motel 6 it was pretty good.
