Everything about this hotel is lovely. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, the kitchenette, the room with a private patio. The softest pool towels ever! It was perfect. Everything I needed for a little R&R. Staff was responsive if anything was needed. Will definitely be back!

My stay here was great! The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac near other hotels, which made it really peaceful and comfortable. The bed was amazing, and the AC and ceiling fan definitely came in clutch. Parking was easy. The staff was helpful, and the location was close to everything I needed. The only things I’d suggest improving are a few of the lights that didn’t work and adding blackout curtains. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

I would not stay there again. Convenient location and okay room, but: 1. No staff on premises; 2. Only one small trash can in entire place; 3. Shower head was awful. The owner should try showering in it—-and get a decent shower head; 4. No reading chair in room; 5 . No shade for cars in brutal heat. A carport would be thoughtful.

This is my second stay at this property, both times with a large party, but not full property reserved. We love this property. The only advice I would give the owner is to add towel bars to the bathroom; at least 2 hand towels per room, though the housekeeping cart seemed to be stowed near enough. The patio around the pool is awkward. When water rolls down from people exiting the pool, it can be a bit slippery. The amenities in the lounge (additional coffee pods, juice, yogurt and granola bars) were a great addition. The hot tub is huge and well heated. The robes are a great addition and the beds are so comfy. The TVs are a bit awkward to use, but the AC and fans are perfect for controlled temperature. No question, we will be back!

Jazz Hotel exceeded expectations. We went in July — off-season for Palm Springs — and basically had the place to ourselves. Good for a couples trip focused on R&R. Room and pool were both solid, and location worked well for getting around. Nice touch: a shared lounge with a coffee maker and a way to warm up food, plus a stocked fridge with water, juice, and yogurts. Small thing, but it made mornings easy. No complaints. Would stay again.
