If a clean stay with all the essentials is what you need this is the place. The building is bit older but they made all the necessary upgrades to maintain a hassle-free stay. They do provide late night check-ins with their overnight staff readily available with a simple phone call. If you need to stay in the valley on a budget this is the place!

I stayed at L3 Oasis Hotel for two nights in September and really enjoyed it. The whole staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was right by the pool, which made it easy to cool off in the Palm Springs heat. The place was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Palm Springs and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not totally clean and the air condition was very loud and had to run constantly to make the air in the room okay at night, as there were not windows that one could have opened. But for the price we paid I would say it was okay. There was free parking as well.

The say was over all decent for the area. The rooms were clean enough and our stay was comfortable and close to what we went for which was hiking. The check out process wasn’t the best just cause they don’t have a drop box from what I noticed for keys when leaving early so it was a bit stressful leaving.
