Great place to stay it's only a mile from downtown. Lots of places local to eat great parking situation. Great pool area and rooms have been recently remodeled. I stay here every time I come to Palm Springs. Cheaper than most of the hotels in Palm Springs but feels modern and great staff!

The staff was probably my favorite part of this place super friendly and helpful. There were a few people hanging outside their rooms, which kind of gave off rough/ghetto vibes, and the outside of the property looked a little run down. However, the room itself was decent for a short stay. The fridge didn’t seem to work, there wasn’t a phone in the room to contact the front office, and the bathroom fan had a lot of dust on it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. No major concerns overall though good room to book for a night

Conveniently located North of downtown (1.2 mi), staff friendly and helpful. Building is in need of restoration, no phones or clocks provided. Small sink to accommodate more than one person at a time, lightbulb was out thus unable to apply makeup, noise from the parking lot and other rooms can be heard. A/C works good, cable tv provided, wifi provided but not used. Pool and jacuzzi on site but did not see anyone used it so, can’t say.
