Awesome property for a stay in Palm Springs. The pool was great to beat the heat, hotel was nice and clean, extra spacious room with a full size patio overlooking the pool, and parking garage under the hotel was so convenient and gave peace of mind. Will definitely return.

We had the best time! The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of the Strip. It’s got a bit of older charm and would love a little TLC remodel, but honestly, the huge, roomy spaces totally made up for it! Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We spent so much time relaxing at the pool and spa. We had such a blast and will absolutely be returning!

Staff were great throughout the stay. Palm Canyon Drive location is perfect. Reserve a Mountain View room if you can. Fridge in the room is always wonderful in desert heat. I’d love to give it a five star review, but this Palm Springs mainstay has seen better days and is in need of a refresh. New carpets would go a long way. Still I’ll gladly be back, thankful for the team that makes this a welcoming comfortable stay every time.

Location is very convenient and parking off street was easy. I must admit that I was taken aback by the charge of $100 for my 20lb male woodle dog. In my opinion, “dog friendly” means anything more than dog treats in a cookie jar at check in counter. That being said I enjoyed the stay. The hotel needs a facelift for sure but would stay there again for convenience!!!
