I loved our stay. It was nice to stay in a place that was unique. Staff was awesome. Hot tub was great. My only complaint was the landscaper blew the leaves and degree into the pool and by our room. Lucky we noticed and shut the door. Communication was needed with that. We loved our upgrade. VIP is awesome!

The hotel is so cute and cozy and clean. I love how welcoming the ladies were and they are very communicative. It’s made everything so smooth and fun. My room is so cute. I would love to come back to this hotel for my second time in Palm Springs!

A lovely relaxing stay

Hotel California is a very special place. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing, my favorite part. The service team went above and beyond. Offered a glass of wine on arrival, had snacks and soft drinks in our room for us. Also very helpful in suggesting things to do and places to eat. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back again!

Small and intimate space!

Wonderful room with a lovely view of the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful as well. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a break from chain hotels.

The most amazing experience staying at Hotel California. From the moment you arrive the staff at there to please. Warm pool and hot tub 24 hours. Cosy rooms that walkout to beautiful courtyard. We actually liked the property as it was much smaller and convienent for us. We liked that it was adults only so it was much quieter. We appreciated the microwave, toaster,mini fridge, snacks in the room and coffee maker in the room and the acess to the kitchen and snacks in the common area of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The one drawback was that parking was a little tight, however we will definetly be back and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.
