This property was in a very nice neighborhood. It is located in a safe and very quiet area. The unit itself was big and very spacious. It’s almost like a air bnb. Unfortunately the pool was very dirty and we couldn’t use it. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken. The door from one of the rooms was also broken. Overall it was a very nice and quiet stay but the place is in need of a remodel.

The accommodations were suitable for a budget hotel but it wasn't quite the idyllic retreat that we were expecting (e.g. as suggested by the image of the hotel pool in the Expedia listing). The overall place is a bit run down. For example: front gate is broken, large dead tree branches on the ground, the billiards table was ratty, the hot tub wasn't hot, the pool had debris in it. The room was decent and clean. Not a bad place, but plenty of room to improve.

I loved it , it’s perfect, play pool even though the pool sticks didn’t have stop it was still fun the pool was super clean the jacuzzi too!! It’s was awesome the ambience was amazing the only thing I can say is the Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded

This is a quiet little place very out-of-the-way very low-key. It’s only got about 10 or 11 rooms. It sits back against the mountains with a really nice view is actually a pretty cool place when I was in my room the AC went out And they immediately moved me to another room. The staff was very helpful here. I will probably stay here again.

Weekend trip to Palm springs

Husband and i went to palm springs for an overnight stay. The hotel is small and quaint. The room we got was interesting, as it seemed that it was an overflow/former storage room. It was combined with the employee bathroom and another adjacent room. But overall it was nice with the space we needed for the overnight stay. The pool was nice with the cabanas and seating area. It also had a outdoor shower. Cute place to stay at, would like to try a different room.

The Float is a lovely little property that is a bit rough around the edges but the pool, rooms and common areas are clean and friendly. I found the bed to be insanely comfy, I slept really well! The rooms are huge and most I think have kitchens and full refrigerators. The pool was clean and although older, the cabanas were comfortable with good shade of you like. The ice machine is small but worked fine when in the 114F heat! This is a less expensive property but for the money I'd definitely go back. It's nicely secluded and not on our near busy streets.
