I was gonna put a four star because the Sofas were very uncomfortable and Old, but the beds were very comfortable I gave them a five stars because all the employees were very helpful they all gave us Great customer service. This is the second time we have stayed as a family here. It’s great for kids, staff is wonderful- shout out to Seamore the waiter/ bar staff, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location is very convenient and the food was delicious. I hope more people read this and enjoy their time there as well. I just hope the prices remain affordable 😊

Overall the property was descent but could use some TLC. Pool and hot tub was nice. Didn’t do any onsite dining but there were offerings, evening social and breakfast was included, just didn’t try them. Good value for the cost but a facelift would do the property wonders. Would stay there again on a quick trip to Palm Springs again..

I quite liked this hotel. The amenities were great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well, and I'm usually a very light sleeper, especially in hotels. The staff was kind, and the price was excellent. I visit the Palm Desert area quite often, and considering what they offer for the price, I think this hotel is an excellent value.

The amenities are great. I loved the breakfast and that you get two drinks daily at the bar. They have snacks also during social hr at bar. I enjoyed everything. I do think some upgrading with furniture should be done but overall it qaa very nice.

For the past year I have stayed at three different locations. Embassy suites in Fort Lauderdale, Florida also in Puerto Rico and now in Indian Wells. All three experiences were the same, friendly and very helpful. And most importantly very economical. I travel a lot during to my daughters gymnastics competitions and booking with embassy suites has been very satisfying.
