This is one of the best resorts in Palm Springs. The rooms have excellent air conditioner and heater. The bathrooms have solid doors so you can’t hear your roommates going to the bathroom. It’s just the best!! You get cookies when checking in and it smells delicious in the lobby.

We had such a wonderful stay! The check-in experience was amazing, the person at the front counter (I believe his name was Javier) was excellent and helped us so much during check-in. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells so fresh and welcoming, and the warm fresh cookies they gave us were absolutely delicious! Our room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Everything about our stay was great. The pool is HUGE and so clean, there’s so much space that you never feel crowded at all. It truly made the experience feel relaxing and luxurious. I really appreciate this hotel so much. It’s centrally located to everything and honestly gives such a beautiful resort feeling. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing. Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people to know for longer stays.
