From the moment I arrived until I left, every single encounter with staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The restaurants on site had great service and excellent food. The company has two locations. One with a hotel and one with just the casino. We ended up at the wrong place. Easy to get confused if you don't map it correctly. Did not care for the location - not much nearby to walk to.

The Deluxe room with balcony was a renovated room. It was beautiful. Very large bathroom, separate make up vanity, 2 sinks. Multiple lighting options in bathroom and bedroom areas. AC was great, a constant flow, just as I prefer, rather than hearing a unit loudly go on/off all night. Ample, easy to get to outlets which scored bonus points with me. Soft bedding, great pillows.
