As long as the man who checked us in was on the property it was fabalous. I can't remember his name but he moved there from up north. I would literally get back just because of him. Towels were not at pool after 7 pm. The bartender was super unfriendly kept the bar window closed at all times after 7 pm. He literally never came and interacted with you he just stared at you out the window like he was so bored. The rooms are super cool and clean

As someone who has stayed at Palihouse family of brands in Los Angeles, Arrive is a welcome addition to Palm Springs. Arrive is modern and has all the thoughtful amenities to set itself apart from the others in Palm Springs. The onsite gift shop with the selection of curated unexpected books, humorous cards and handmade ice cream (it was 104! - it’s the desert) definitely made this trip one to remember. Happy to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming adults-only hotel in Palm Springs. The customer service truly went above and beyond. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the poolside drinks were reasonably priced and generously made. Their breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The only disappointment was that our room was advertised as "poolside," but there was actually a building between our room and the pool, so it didn't feel like a true poolside location. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but the listing could be more accurate. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, adults-only getaway in Palm Springs.

I never even stayed here as Inhad to leave unfortunately… They were very shameful as I came in when they saw I had two dogs and we’re very keen to shame me into informing me they only allow one pet per room. I had 2- 4lb Chihuahuas.😑 Very pooor customer service, ended up down the road in a better part of town anyhow with a EXTREMELY welcoming and truly pet friendly place who charged ONLY 50$ for BOTH dogs and one time not every night- how refreshing and amazing is that. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund and not sure if they are avoiding this or what…definitely will report back on how this ends. To bad they aren’t very personable and good with customer service as this is the basis of their business, I will never attempt to stay here again as there are so many better options Thanks for nothing Arrive Nikki
