The pool was amazing and also the views of the mountains. It’s very modern and colorful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s right next to El Paseo shopping center so we walk to Tommy Bahamas for Happy Hour It was wonderful.

The staff at check-in was so welcoming,the room was neat and clean the location was superb.The pool and jacuzzi were just outside our door and the parking space was so close by and convenient,our room had a full fridge,hot plate and a microwave..We loved the palm trees this little GEM is one to keep for future Palm Springs get aways.THANK YOU VERY MUCH

We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories with our daughter.

This was an interesting property. Pros- close to El Paseo Easy parking ( not covered ) Very clean, no damage or things that needed maintenance Pool was nice, had a few towels and raft available Rooms had kitchen area with coffee maker/ pods,fridge , some water and snacks bath products in the bathroom . Cons- nobody there to help . No contact phone number , nothing. We checked in Sunday and there was music playing , cocktails handed out and then we didn't see anyone until 10:59 am Monday and after that , nobody . We left Wednesday and saw one guy with a blower one day and the same guy mowing the lawn the next day. Cell service was spotty. No check out instructions were given , posted in the room or the office door. That would have been helpful along with a phone number . We had no kitchen trash can and no hair dryer , and nobody to contact. If you don't mind being alone on the property ; this is the place for you .

This is a charming eclectic no frills motel. It is conveniently located with pool and hot tub. Most communication is through text. The staff are extremely nice and responsive! Bed and shower were great. Not a luxury spot but great value
