The condo has not been maintained. It’s out dated. The furniture was falling apart. The kitchen table has several chairs with screws loose and wobbly legs and arms. The couch is very dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and the mattresses are old. The dyer isn’t working properly. It would not dry the crappy bath towels we were privided in a timely fashion. We had to start the dryer multiple times with each cycle. This condo isn’t up to the Hammock Beach standards at all! The condo isn’t stocked with anything needed for the beach/pool. Such as beach towels or beach chairs. The two camp chairs that were on the patio were rusted and worn out. They were not usable. We frequent the Hammock Beach area multiple times a year and this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Cinnamon Beach is amazing! We love it! This condo… not so much!
