I think the property was Amazing, it was steps from front door to the beach. They had bikes to use and the property was maintained very well. Karen and Rich were very kind and helpful! I will try and come back next summer.

This place is amazing and underrated, as well as price does not match location and staff. Always a smile and goodmorning by name everytime you see them. Steps to the beach and prime location to relax and have beach time.

The Sand Dunes Resort was the perfect location for us. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Check in was no problem and Karen gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Rich the manager met us and made sure our stay was a good one, and it was.

The studio was beautiful and clean, but the Murphy bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It’s in an amazing location, which makes up for a lot!

This property is beautiful and quaint and very easy to get to and it’s easy to walk around the area which is beautiful. The beds /mattresses Probably need a little update, but everyone was so friendly and kind. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Easy and convenient beach access, unit was very outdated, no umbrellas for beach, loud carrying on at the pool til late, homeless camp behind unit to the left on the way to beach, cigarettes and cigar butts left on beach. So other than super nice property manager and easy beach access, the place was very average. Suggest unit remodel, one umbrella per unit, quiet hours after 9 pm for pool, and move the homeless camp. Have someone skim the cigar and cig butts every evening.

The people here are friendly and the staff seems nice, but the actual place is like Florida in 1975 and time stood still. The water pressure is terrible in our suite- it takes like 3 minutes to fill a pot for pasta bevause the pressure is so poor- I would hate to see shower! I'm NOT showering here- made a spa appointment and will shower there.
