The hotel has its own parking garage which is really convenient. There is a $25 per night parking fee for guests which needs to be included in the price or put up front so it’s not a surprise.

It is absolutely beautiful there! The staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean as well as the whole property! The pool view is amazing as well! We were on the 15th floor and it was a beautiful view! We felt right at home there!

Very nice except 2 evacuations within 2 hours

Very nice place walking distance to so much! Pool was nice everything was good until 2nd night there and we had 2 fire alarms go off and I am disabled and on the 15th floor…the next morning we talked with management and it was handled very well and am happy with the outcome of our chat with them

Very friendly, efficient and informative check in!!! Room was nicely equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, and 2 bottles of water. Great location with so many choices of restaurants. Walking distance to mizner Park and amphitheater. Breakfast included and so many selections!! All the staff we encountered were very, very nice!!! Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Hyatt. Check-in was seamless and incredibly fast, which was a great way to start the trip. The staff was consistently pleasant, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was impressively spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying again in the future!
