A nice, modern hotel nestled in the downtown area of West Palm Beach, convenient to shopping, restaurants, convention center, and concert hall.

Transportation was worked out before I left Phoenix but when I got there nobody could agree what could be done. Conflicting information from one person to the next was not helpful. They provided a ride for me but after I arrived at the event I was informed they would not provide a ride back essentially leaving me stranded in a place 2000 miles from home and not knowing anyone
I made no secret of the fact that I was not familiar with how rideshare worked and was told it would not be a problem. I feel that I paid to work out issues and be helpful to me. I would have been happy to pay extra. I will not be staying at this chain again
