Vacations Close To Palm and Valley Golf Courses at Desert Springs

Room was very clean and located in a very quiet environment. Also the staff members Baraht and Eileen were the best. Friendly and very welcoming all while being professional. I love this place and the people who work here. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one.

As this was our first visit to your resort, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. Our experience began right at the entrance with the valet parking staff, who were incredibly attentive; the registration staff were just as great—I don't recall the name of the young woman who assisted us, but she was very kind and pleasant. We arrived on August 13th around 3:30 PM. The pool attendant was also very helpful and friendly; we have no complaints at all. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with 10-out-of-10 service. The resort is stunning and luxurious throughout—especially the pools. I loved seeing the curved staircases from the fifth floor; with such a luxurious lobby and beautiful stairs, it felt like being on an elegant cruise ship. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. The only downside was that our room faced the resort entrance, but aside from that, I would rate this resort a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week I would give them 5 stars on everything. The pools were sparkling clean we loved the lazy river and the splash pad, very family friendly. Going to book for next year. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were maintained we had ducks by our patio the grandbaby love to see them.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Friendly staff check in with easy unfortunately when we got to our room, our air-conditioning wasn’t working. They immediately sent an engineer to see what the problem was when they realize it couldn’t be fixed. We moved into a different room. The pool area was really nice. Staff was very accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect. We had options around the surrounding area areas to have lunch and dinner, overall we had a great weekend.
