Our stay was in early November. The town was quiet and peaceful. We had a nice lunch at Cafe 11.0 Several wineries are open year round and we enjoyed visiting them.

Great little town with lots to do. Food options are limited but what’s there is great. Needs an ice cream shop.

Palisade is a small town — cute & quaint, but don’t expect anything too fancy! The surrounding area was pretty barren & desert-like — not exactly what I was expecting. Enjoyed visiting the small alpaca farm & the Sunday farmer’s market.
